Blocking
It is possible when receiving filtered internet service, you could mistakenly reach a site that you feel is unacceptable.

If you are receiving filtered service and have been able to view a site that you feel should have been blocked, we'd appreciate it if you'd report the site to us so that we may review it for blocking.

Unblocking
Sometimes our website filters mistakenly catagorize an acceptable site as offensive, by misinterpreting the information on the site. While CleanZone provides filtering that is extremely intuitive, we recognize the possibility that a site could somehow be incorrectly blocked.

If you've been denied access to a site that you believe should not be blocked, please let us know, and we'll review the site for Unblocking.

Reporting
Please report to us, sites that you feel should be blocked or unblocked and we will review the site and respond to you as soon as possible.
